Because our products are handcrafted, consumable, and created for wellness use, we maintain strict quality and safety standards.
Returns
Due to the nature of herbal and ingestible products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
Unopened, unused, and undamaged products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, minus shipping costs.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at no cost. You can notify us via email at concierge@fromlalawithlove.com and send the requested information.
